- Basic protection (vandalism): assembly with at least 2 PVB interlayers
- Medium level of protection (small-scale crime): assembly includes at least 4 PVB interlayers
- Enhanced protection (attacks of limited duration): assembly includes at least 6 PVB interlayers
Protection from theft
- Protection from organised attacks using hand-held tools: multi-laminated structures (in some cases with polycarbonate)
